The strength of the Italian cuisine is its purity, simplicity and honesty. In Toscanini we cook according to this tradition. Every day, except on Sundays, the chefs prepare dishes from carefully chosen ingredients. The vegetables come from organic farms or from Italy.
The meat is from the organic butcher and fish arrives fresh every day. We bake bread in our own bakery, and the pasta is homemade.
We work with various products of Slow Food presidia in Italy. Presidia are projects that enable small producers to keep working on a small-scale and artisanal basis while using the original products and production methods from their region.
The wine list features only wines from Italy, most made from native grape varieties. The large, bright space with open kitchen and the informal atmosphere is a main attraction of the restaurant.
